Safari 5.1.4 Update Seems to Have Broken Google

It appears the newest Safari 5.1.4 many security updates have broken most of Google's apps. Google News works but has many visual issues. Reader and Gmail seem to run afoul of a new Javascript protection

Domains, protocols and ports must match.

Strange that Google which bases Chrome on Webkit would not have noticed.

Update: Apparently running Safari as a 64-bit app fixes all the issues. Strange coding.
